A very pleasant stay! The room was beautifully decorated with an oceanic theme, right down to the smallest details. 😄 The service was incredibly thoughtful. One of our rooms even got upgraded to a park-view room, which was perfect for the elderly in our group; they could enjoy the lively park atmosphere right from their room. We were extremely satisfied. The direct access to the park and the two-day unlimited entry tickets were super convenient and offered excellent value for money.

Booked this last minute, so only windowless rooms were left. It's okay for around 300-500 [yuan], but definitely overpriced at 1300+ [yuan]. Breakfast had a queue, but it was edible. The underground parking uses a mechanical stacking system, and it's only 1.9 meters wide. New drivers, do NOT bring your car here; you're guaranteed to scratch your rims. I'd recommend staying here on weekdays (not Friday or Saturday).

We re having happy time, the staffs were very helpful , our daughter gotten mermaid theme room , room all clean & beautiful, the amenities really pretty, it got shower and toilet for kids, till the toothpaste the seat everything was perfect, we bought the breakfast & add 1 ticket for 2 days haichang ocean since the hotel already given us include 2 adult free 2 days ticket. The staff helpful and english friendly. Also the sandals 2 pairs cute bear for adult and kid, and pink 2 pairs for adult and kid made our day.

We had a wonderful stay at your resort! The interior design is perfectly whimsical for kids, and our room had a bunk bed in addition to the main bed, which our little one absolutely loved. The bathroom was also well-equipped for children, with a toilet seat reducer, a small step stool, and a bathtub with great water pressure.

After visiting Hangzhou Changqiao Polar Ocean Park, my child said they wanted to see penguins again, so we came to Haichang. Changqiao doesn't have killer whales, and the killer whale show here was truly spectacular. However, the Mermaid Restaurant was both expensive and not good at all – apart from the desserts and soup, we barely ate anything. All the restaurants inside are Western-style. It's true that maintaining such a massive marine life collection must be incredibly costly, but the service at Changqiao is still warmer. Changqiao has a restaurant where you can watch beluga whales, and the staff there seem to be **professionals and are more caring towards visitors. My younger son got lost midway through our visit here. I asked the staff to make an announcement, but they just said he wouldn't get lost and told me to keep looking. Later, my daughter found her brother crying by himself nearby.

The place was clean and tidy, and getting in and out was quite convenient. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Check-in was quick and easy, and using face recognition to enter and exit the park was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience.

My kid used to love coming here when they were little. This time we stayed at the hotel, on the 5th floor. My child adored the themed room, and it was pretty good! The room had a great location, offering a direct view of the New Year's fireworks 🥳. The 2-day pass was a good deal too, very convenient!

This price includes hotel accommodation and two days of unlimited park access, which is a great deal. The park-facing rooms offer a direct view of the drone show at night, though the fireworks are a bit far.

The room was great, even though we booked it during the Chinese New Year and paid a premium. My kids were really looking forward to it, and they had a blast! There's so much to do, like watching the orca show and riding the cable car. The morning shows are less crowded. The restrooms in the park are easy to find and kept very clean. The staff were also super enthusiastic and helpful with all our questions. The hotel doesn't have a laundry room, haha. But the toiletries were fantastic, I wonder if I can buy them online? I hope the hotel can provide an answer!

The Ocean Park Hotel and Ultraman Hotel share the same check-in lobby and breakfast area, and with it being Chinese New Year, the overall feeling was very crowded. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell. Even after speaking with housekeeping and getting a new room, the smell persisted. However, the housekeeping service itself was good; they were very responsive to requests. The room facilities and equipment were quite old. Thankfully, everything was comprehensive, but the hot water was slow to heat up and would fluctuate between hot and cold. The hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about; it was only slightly better than a budget hotel in terms of quality, and generally mediocre. I stayed for two days and couldn't even get a bowl of hot noodles because the queue was too long. The best parts were definitely the quick access to Ocean Park and the various Chinese New Year activities there, which made my child very happy.

Facilities: The hotel offers plenty of family-friendly amenities, all ocean-themed. They're both fun and educational. Cleanliness: Very clean. We felt at ease letting the kids play. Service: The staff were all very diligent and responsible. Even with the huge crowds during Chinese New Year, the service didn't suffer at all. 2 adults and 1 child, 2-day unlimited Haichang Ocean Park tickets: So convenient! We could enter and exit anytime and pop back to the hotel to rest whenever we needed. A must-have when traveling with kids.

Wow, this room is incredibly cozy! The bed is so soft and comfortable, once you lie down, you just don't want to get up. The windows are bright and clean, letting in fantastic natural light. The bathroom is also spotless with no unpleasant odors. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, staying here just brightens your mood. Highly recommend!

The room was just perfect! The environment is great! The view for the fireworks was absolutely amazing! Three adults stayed comfortably, and the kids had plenty of space to run around. It was so convenient for park access! There were many services available, and breakfast was decent too.

The family room faced the park, offering a view of the drone show, but the dirty windows significantly detracted from the experience. The hotel's unlimited park access was very convenient and hassle-free. There are no shopping malls nearby, but food delivery was quite easy.
