Check-in was efficient, and the information provided was clear and easy to understand. Alice and Fanny, in particular, went above and beyond to fulfill guest requests, always with patience and responsibility. Not only were they skilled professionals, but they also paid great attention to detail, proactively pointing out important information and checking in on my stay experience. Even when busy, they maintained a positive attitude and genuinely impressed me with their service. I truly felt valued and cared for here. This level of service deserves full marks!

I brought my child for this stay, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. We encountered a minor issue during check-in, and I was a bit worried at first. However, the hotel handled it very promptly and with a responsible, professional attitude. They didn't pass the buck at all, which made us feel truly valued. I especially want to commend the young man with glasses at the front desk. He was patient and meticulous throughout, very dedicated, and proactively helped us communicate and resolve the problem. He handled it perfectly. What started as a small matter turned into a heartwarming experience because of his thoughtful service. The hotel's environment and design are very stylish, and combined with such excellent service, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Fanny and Lucky provided excellent, attentive service, always ready to help with anything we needed – truly a five-star experience! The hotel has a quiet, elegant atmosphere with excellent amenities, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I honestly recommend staying here.
