This hotel is a great hotel with fantastic location! Just crossing over, there are 3 big malls with loads of restaurants. Cleanliness is top notch and service is fantastic. Love the service staff at the reception. Very friendly prompt and helpful!

Hotel is next to many eating places, malls, metro. Only 2 elevators serving 22 floors, making the wait quite long.
Room is spacious, clean and has City view.

I love the aesthetic of this hotel chain -- very clean, minimalist, and natural themed (wood inspired). The window view was alright. The area is conveniently located because it is close to shops and food stores, the staff was very friendly, you can purchase drinks in the lobby, the shower had good water temperature and water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the price was a great value! Would recommended to future travelers.

Only two elevators are available for guests on over 20 floors. The waiting time during rush hours is too long. Also, the robots constantly occupying the elevators take a big chunk of the space. The lobby was very disappointing...
