Upon check-in, the front desk saw we had elderly and children with us, and even upgraded our room for free! The room had everything we needed, and the most pleasant surprise was a yoga mat. As someone who regularly practices yoga and stands Qigong postures, this was incredibly thoughtful – I loved it! 😍 The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Since it was a last-minute stay during the winter break, I didn't bring my swimming gear, so I couldn't try out the pool. Guess I'll have to save that for next time!

Finding this east-facing room in a cooling Shanghai was absolutely amazing! I stayed for three days this time, and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance, the food, and the room service were all fantastic! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich. I'll definitely be back next time!

The room was decent, and the price was very reasonable for the May Day holiday. It would have been a great experience if they hadn't blocked off a section of the parking lot, preventing electric vehicle charging. It was strange that they blocked off an area, maybe for celebrity transfers? There were security guards and fans, and I don't know who it was for, but they completely blocked off all the EV charging spots. What did hotel guests do to deserve that? I was already exhausted after a day of hiking, and couldn't even charge my car. The solution they offered was to tell us to go charge somewhere else.

I booked a deluxe room, and the hotel upgraded me to an executive room for free, though I was told I couldn't access the executive lounge. The view from the 22nd floor was great. Breakfast was quite varied, and there were high chairs, which was convenient for solo travelers. During the May Day holiday, breakfast was served until 11 AM, which was very considerate for tourists.
