Super lovely staff, clean, big rooms, if you are like me a mum travelling on your own with two kids for long (11 hours) layover. Then I highly recommend coming here have a shower, food, some stretches and sleep. We arrived in Shanghai at 6am and I booked for the day before and extended my checkout for later that same day I arrived. Hotel staff spoke enough English to get by comfortably. I paid 30 CNY from airport to hotel as transfer is from 9:30am. Lovely transfer back to airport. Highly recommend coming back to the hotel.

Hotel is located right next to the airport and offers free shuttle services every half an hour. Front desk staff are super nice and accommodating. Shout outs to these ladies! Thanks for such a wonderful stay before flying home.

Nice enough Hotel close to Pudong Airport if you have an early morning flight.
Clean comfortable rooms, decent restaurant and free shuttle bus to terminals.

The hotel is clean and close to airport.
They provide shuttle to airport every 30 min.
For the bed, they should change it with the new one. Because the bed is too soft and for me can not sleep with soft bed. Maybe its time for the management to change the bed.

The only benefit of this hotel is that it is a stones throw from the airport however when I stayed in December there was no heating in the hotel… reception team wearing coats and room was FROZEN! I eventually secured a portable heater but it lacked a safety facility so I couldn’t use in the night. It is better to stay in the centre and get up an extra 30 mins to catch a DiDi. I won’t be staying again. Previous visit had no working water and a dirty shower. Eventually moved rooms.
