I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was incredible. When I check in they wanted me to upgrade my room for a fee (about $45 US) but I figured, all the room have great views. I doesn’t matter if I had a city view. It was still incredible. The pool, spa, steam room and sauna were clean enough. Around the steam room there was a permanent pee odor in one of the showers. That should be improved. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. The hotel is big and the restaurant seems inadequate to handle this much people at a times. Maybe they could open another restaurant to handle peak hours. The room was clean and had a large number of amenities. The TV set is a bit too small for the room. This was a great stay. The Grand Hyatt is a good option is you want to stay near the bund.

Great place as you can expect from this brand. Located in front (50m away) of the Shanghai tower.
Big and comfortable room with a stunning view (i was on 71st floor). Staff is professional and polite, breakfast is good with a lot of choices and the quality is great too. Otherwise it can be very crowded for breakfast and check in / check out but nothing they can do about it.

Hotel in the heart of Lujiazui. 10mins walk from nearest metro station. Hotel check in and out was very smooth. Got a free upgrade to a The Bund view room.

Clean and big room. Just that aircon seems a bit stuffy... Unlike other hotels, have to go and collect the delivery from L1 yourself.

Great location. Great views from room . But Toilets block few times. Had to ask staff to fix . And also asked to pay 2000 RMB for deposit

Hotel very nice. Room is at high floor. Reception counter at 54th. You have to take lift to L54th and change lift from L54th to room level.

The view from our Shanghai hotel was truly unforgettable.
We woke up each morning to a breathtaking city skyline.
At night, the lights along the Huangpu River sparkled beautifully.
The large windows made the panorama feel even more impressive.
