Location: The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Punan Road Station on Line 2. It's also a 3-minute walk to the 'Kitchen Trio' shopping area. Service: The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the 35th-floor restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Room: The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. The room also feels very spacious. Amenities: The pool and gym are excellent.

The service from check-in to check-out was excellent, and the overall experience was great. The staff were very patient and communicated promptly when issues arose. It was a pleasant stay, and I would choose this place again.

The front desk service was attentive and warm. The room was a bit small, though, and for some reason, there was a constant thudding noise at night, but I was too lazy to switch rooms. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very spacious. The service at the Chinese restaurant during dinner was exceptionally attentive and enthusiastic; big thumbs up to the young lady there! Overall, I was quite satisfied!

This was my first stay, and I'd booked an Executive City View room but was upgraded to a Pearl View, plus a complimentary minibar – very generous indeed. The front desk and lounge staff were incredibly welcoming, offering attentive and efficient service. The overall decor is still stunning; Regent really nails the aesthetics. The lobby and guestroom hallways are opulent yet elegant, and the red and green color scheme in the rooms is something only Regent could make work. The Pearl View from the lounge is beautiful, but aside from that, it gets crowded, and the food selection is limited, so it's just okay overall. I didn't encounter any major hygiene issues, but it's clear that things are showing a bit of wear and tear. Overall, it was quite good, though a bit pricey during the holiday. The value for money in every aspect was excellent.
