The room is excellent at a very good location. I wish the windows are bigger to have better view of the bund.

Really amazing hotel. Service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than sufficient amenities. The only reason I clicked 4/5 on the cleanliness was because there were one or two stains on the curtains but otherwise it was perfect. At breakfast they were very helpful in making sure I had enough vegetarian food.

The best cosy place to spend time in Shanghai,with your love one or alone by yourself. 😊 unique grand design, beautiful building , love it. Never have enough of this place. 😊 The hotel is located in the centre of the attractions place, you can walk to every main attractions of Shanghai😊 . less than one hundred meter to the iconic view of Shanghai. 😊 good variety of tasty foods provided in the hotel. The Staffs are friendly and helpful. 100 out of 100 . Best hotel ever 🥰

You will stay in a hotel where wveryone is taking a picture of. Excellent hotel with rich history. Everything is outstanding from service to food. You night want to take the chance to upgrade to hotel room with street view and Club lounge access. Special thanks to Terence whose caring made us feel very welcome and to Martin who took special care of us during the brunch which was very special. Definitely come back.

It is an excellent hotel with superb service. It locates in the centre of buying souvenir easy. Also a perfect view to the river.

The Fairmont Peace is an outstanding hotel with top service down to the smallest detail. In the hotel common areas and rooms you can basically smell Shanghai’s history and the staff rounds up your experience to the highest levels. Location is also as perfect as it can be in Shanghai right at nanjing road and the bund. Special thanks to Matthieu who made our visit unforgettable 🙏

This was without doubt the best stay we have had in Shanghai. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed and guided through each moment of our stay. I would recommend going to see the jazz band. We also had afternoon tea which was delicious and the views of the Bund were stunning. All the rooms were beautiful and the historical elements of the building are well maintained. If you get the chance to stay here don’t miss out!
