Happy to stay here !! Interesting structure of this room & provision of a washing machine & dryer what help travellers to be clean 😅🎶

A receptionist was kind , gentle & friendly we really appreciate it!!
The only problem that we really didn’t like was room was filled with smell of smoke despite that sigh of NO SMOKING 🚭 I guess somebody who used this room before was smoking, we had to open the window for a while to get rid of the smell. But still it didn’t completely go away. It’s quite sad to stay in a room with bad odour. But other than that it is a nice hotel, just by metro and there are some shops around, nice environment!

The hotel's facilities are showing their age. For an apartment hotel, it's surprising that there's no washer-dryer in the room. Plus, you have to buy a token for 30 yuan just to use the laundry room, which seems a bit much. There's no robot delivery service either, so you have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout. Also, the bedding isn't comfortable, especially the pillows.
On the service front, the front desk staff are quite good, and the housekeeping aunties are diligent, cleaning punctually every day.
The twin room offers good value for money and is convenient for family trips. The hotel seems to primarily host international guests and tour groups these days.

The room having a washing machine was a huge plus! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. I've stayed here many times already. The location is great – convenient and in a good area. It's also quiet around here, not noisy at all. There are a lot of international guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel is ok, but the surrounding area has little to offer tourists. The large supermarket has closed down as well as many shops and restaurants, so it’s looking a bit sad.

The Deluxe Multi-level Twin Room is a great choice for a group of 4–5 people who want to stay together under one roof. We were a group traveling together, and having everyone in the same room made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.
We spent most of our time outside exploring Shanghai, so after a long and tiring day of sightseeing, it was really nice to come back to a spacious and comfortable room where everyone could relax together. The multi-level layout was especially convenient because it gave us more space and didn’t feel too crowded even with several people staying in the room.
The room was clean, comfortable, and practical for a short trip. The location was also very convenient for getting around Shanghai, especially with easy access to public transportation.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai. I would definitely recommend the Deluxe Multi-level Twin Room for families or groups of friends traveling together. It was comfortable, convenient, and perfect for resting after busy days exploring the city. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Shanghai!

I drove to the hotel and parked in the underground parking lot of the mall next to it. All the elevators in the parking lot showed 'under maintenance', so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to get to the hotel. The mall was also closed, so there was nothing to eat. The hotel elevator was very hot; there was no air conditioning. The shower faucet was black and moldy. You can get free parking by registering your license plate number at the hotel. Previously, when I stayed at this hotel, the room's chairs and tables were quite high, but this time, the chairs and stools were much lower. I arrived quite late and ordered takeout, but it wasn't allowed to be left at the front desk. I had to go out myself to pick it up from the delivery person, which isn't very considerate. Many hotels have designated areas for takeout storage.
