When I took a shower in the morning, I noticed hairs on the hotel's bath towel. Then, at night, I got several bites on my arm while sleeping. I reported this to the duty manager at the front desk, but all I got was a dismissive 'sorry.' There was no further discussion or follow-up, and they simply sent a cleaning staff member to 'take a look.' This level of service is truly, exceptionally poor, completely lacking in professionalism.

This hotel in the Greater Hongqiao area offers unbeatable value for money. Happy Hour also provides a good selection of drinks and hot food. · 💁 Attentive Service: From the enthusiastic front desk managers Pan, Chen Long, and Maggie Zhao, to the efficient housekeeping staff, the service is professional and warm. · 🌟 Popular Highlight: It was a filming location for the TV series "The Temptation to Go Home," allowing guests to check in and experience scenes from the show, adding a unique cinematic touch to their stay. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Our room was very comfortable, and they even upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The on-site restaurant was convenient and offered a great variety of dishes. Plus, getting around from the hotel was super easy and convenient.

Clean and tidy, but the room's facilities are a bit dated. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and there's even a direct shuttle to the exhibition hall, saving on taxi fares.

For this price point, you really can't ask for too much. They even included executive amenities, which is impressive considering the hardware hasn't been significantly renovated in years. The only downside was a persistent smoky smell. Overall, it's still quite generous.

Facilities: Thanks to the hotel for assigning us a room on the 17th floor in a high zone. It had two walls of large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unbeatable view, and the room itself was super spacious. Cleanliness: Tidy and refreshing. Environment: Easy to get a taxi. Service: Upon check-in, we received a complimentary drink, with options like coffee or soft drinks such as cola. The staff had a great attitude.

No complaints, other than it being a bit old, but that's expected given its age. The facilities are still decent, and the service is on point. For this price, it's really good value for money, even cheaper than the All Seasons Hotel across the street.

Our stay this time was quite pleasant, and I'd like to thank Maggie, the duty manager, for her efforts and coordination. She made my wife and me feel a touch of warmth during our stay. Even though it's an old hotel that's been open for 16 years, the service quality is still excellent and definitely commendable!
