Fantastic room, very cosy and the front desk is super helpful with any issues u have, even if it’s unrelated to the hotel itself (taobao problems T-T) only thing is the privacy is not very good if ur not comfy with your fellow roommates seeing u in the bathtub hahahaha

Where you feel like home!! Friendly and supportive staff. Spacious room, reasonable accommodation cost, and good breakfast with variety items. I will stay here again for my future trip.

I love the hotel! Very convenience and have lots of restaurant surrounding in walking distance (less than 8 mins.
I walked from the hotel to people’s square, Nanjing pedestrian street, the bund and ended at rock bund.
The way to people’s square is pretty.

Very nice hotel in central location close walk to line 1 metro station and nearby shopping centres. Quiet location so easy to call cars. Rooms are very clean and spacious, reception is also very kind and friendly. Taobao Parcels can be accepted and held by reception before arrival, also robot for food deliveries to room. I would be happy to stay here again my next time in Shanghai 😊

Convenient location 5-10 minutes from Nanjing Road.
Checked in early hours in the morning due to flight times, the gentleman was still very friendly and talked to us through the check-in process and services.
Answered all our questions even when speaking English using a translator.
Corridor left a cigarette scent maybe it was due to the time of visiting and there is construction and maintenance inside and outside of the hotel.
Despite this, the room did not smell as we requested a non-smoking room which was good.
 we will be coming back to stay when we’re back in Shanghai

We had a great time staying here. The maintenance personnel always change our towels. We had a comfy stay in the hotel. Had a good sleep, great choices for the food in a buffet style. The price is reasonable! One more thing, they offer a self-service laundry and a gym too! June assisted us to store our luggages when we checked out. The lady receptionist also helped us to order foods during night. They are accommodating! Definitely will stay here again in Shanghai!
