Rezen Meta Tree Hotel (City Center & The Bund, Shanghai)

I had a very pleasant stay at Rezen Meta Tree Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the pedestrian road, making it very convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and dining. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel also has a fitness room and two washing machines with drying functions, which are very useful facilities for travelers. The laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. However, the machines are quite popular, and it can sometimes be difficult to find one available, as they are often already in use. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of its great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

We stayed for a couple nights and the location is excellent, walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian street. The phone reception was poor but this was probably because we were in a room with no windows. Shower was excellent and consistent: great temperature and pressure. Breakfast buffet was decent, some dishes were a little oily and there were only a couple fruits. Otherwise service and cleanliness were very good :)
