Nice big room with a large comfortable bed and pillows. Wardrobe right next to the luggage rack was convenient.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Elegant and tranquil. It's a short taxi ride from Longyang Road Exhibition Center, and the Shanghai Museum East Pavilion is also very close. From the room, you can even enjoy views of the iconic Pudong skyline. Service: Excellent! I would definitely choose this hotel brand again.

While the hotel's facilities are quite old, the lobby is bright and spacious. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was a bit damp and not very large. Although fully equipped, the amenities were quite dated. The price was reasonable. However, if modern hardware is a priority for you, you might want to think carefully before booking. On the other hand, the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and had an excellent attitude. I accidentally left something in my room, and they promptly called to remind me. Luckily, I hadn't gone far, so I was able to go back and retrieve it immediately. This level of attentiveness was truly commendable – a big thumbs up!

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and were very friendly and professional. Room service is very responsive, and any requests are promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. Overall, Ramada Pudong Shanghai is a reliable and highly recommended choice for business travelers.

This was my first time staying at a hotel right on my doorstep. Despite having been open for quite a while, the facilities are very well-maintained. The lobby is impressive and luxurious, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, with no corner overlooked. Both the air conditioning and shower pressure were excellent. What truly stood out was how incredibly warm and welcoming all the staff were, and my room was even upgraded! It's a hotel with excellent value for money and definitely worth a stay.

The room is in terrible need of refurbishment, everything looks shabby, and the lights are obviously dim. Apartments are on very high floors so the view is fantastic but the windows are dirty. The rest is fine.

Comfortable

Very hard to write much. Was just a hotel to stay for 1 night. We arrived at about 1.15pm, check-in was 2pm. Qadr, the young chap at Reception was polite and very friendly. Upgraded us to a much bigger double room, which we did not need as we had to wait for room to be cleaned which was a nice touch. Language barrier being the main issue but he spoke good enough English to help out with Didi the equivalent to Uber taxi's just stopped working. He sorted that. It is super clean on the roads there, safe as anything to walk late at night, we went to get some food. The only negative about 15 to 20 min walk to Metro depending on how quick you walk. Overall we was happy with our stay.

The hotel is excellent, and the stay was fantastic. Staffs are modest. The aircon system in the room was not good at all; used to make sudden loud noise for some time and stop, and this was repeating. Felt warm as well; seemed it was not cooling well... We didn't lodge complains for it as we were in the room for a few hours only during the daytime. The night time was not that pleasant owing to the above stated reason.

Went for a conference and stayed at this hotel because of location. It was a great choice. Very busy with the National History Day competition, but the staff was great and my room was lovely. Very confident to stay here again. Area is surrounded by convenient shops and amenities. Restaurants and cafes right at the hotel as well. Very clean and comfortable.

This is one of the cheaper hotel options in the area, while having comfortable rooms. The service of the staff is excellent, including arranging delivery to return something that I left at the hotel. Downside was during my stay, the pool was under renovation and inaccessible.

Very good staff and clean. Breakfast is amazing

The facility is quite old, but front desk staff work hard to compensate for it. The service apartment are very large. The cleanliness is very hit and miss; we have stayed here twice and both times found that the inside of the closet is quite dirty with lots of dust. The pool was closed, and not sure when it will reopen. I would stay here again for the location, price and the size of the rooms with the sacrifice of cleanliness in mind.

Even is an old Hotel, is still in good shape. Is not first time for me in this Hotel, and mainly i choose this because of the good position.
