Shanghai Disneyland Hotel

Booked an executive room during the off-peak season for a family birthday and back-to-school celebration. The price was simply amazing! The food at the Kingdom Club executive lounge felt much better this time. Both the young and old had a great time. Before checking out, we didn't go to the park; we just fully immersed ourselves in relaxing at the hotel. The executive room's festive activities were very rich and perfectly scheduled: check-in (met Goofy and Pluto in the lobby) – afternoon tea – toy house – dinner (photo with Chip 'n' Dale) – bedtime story (Duffy month this month) – swimming – fireworks show – pajama party photo (Donald Duck) – breakfast – game room – and saw Prince and Princess in the lobby at noon the next day. A very satisfying weekend getaway. Will definitely book an executive room again next time!

This hotel offers the standard Disney hotel experience. My only comment is that the Executive Lounge was Chip 'n' Dale themed all day long! 😂 The afternoon tea and dinner in the Executive Lounge were excellent, far superior to what's offered at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The afternoon tea included salmon bagels, and dinner was essentially a refined buffet. The hotel pool was very clean with plenty of lifeguards. A friendly reminder to bring your own swim rings. I took a peek at the gym, but it was really quite small.

The food on the executive floor was quite good, much better than what's available in the park. The interaction and photo opportunities with the 'mysterious friend' were full of anticipation. However, the time for going back and forth to the attractions was a bit tight, and the hardware was just average. The 'cupboard bed' was a highlight but also a bit of a letdown, as my child didn't like sleeping alone in it. The service, though, was outstanding. Personally, I think it's much better than the Chimelong Panda Hotel in Guangzhou, and I've already provided this feedback in the official survey.

The location is fantastic! There's a shuttle ferry to Disneyland, which is super convenient, and you can even enter an hour early, making your visit much more relaxed. The hotel itself and the surrounding area offer plenty of recreational facilities and beautiful scenery. Breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is incredibly convenient; you can leave your bags directly in your room in the morning. You can even take the room card as a souvenir! Highly recommend!

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel is definitely the best experience when visiting Shanghai Disney. The ferry service to and from the park is super convenient, and the hotel conditions are decent. The service is very attentive and warm. My only complaint is the price; it's quite steep, primarily due to its prime location. I'd suggest improving the hardware, and offering a wider variety of snacks, amenities, and souvenirs, especially given the high price point.

The hotel's hardware is a bit old, with the shower and bathtub combined. However, the service is excellent, and the Disney characters randomly appearing made my child very happy. The play area is sufficient for younger kids. You can get a good experience without even entering the park. It was a little disappointing that Princess Mid-Autumn didn't show up, though.

Extremely satisfied! I requested a king-size bed in advance, and the staff reserved it for me. This is my second time staying at the Disneyland Hotel. The environment is still as good as when it first opened, and the hotel facilities are very well maintained. They've added many new dining options, which is very convenient. The IP mascots in the hotel shops are all incredibly cute – I love them! The staff are as enthusiastic as ever; they proactively helped with luggage at the hotel entrance, and the front desk was very helpful in answering questions. All in all, this stay was very satisfying! Definitely a blast!
