The stay was just right! The air conditioning and fridge were all there, which was great value. I'll definitely come back next time.

Really good, really good! The environment and hygiene are both top-notch, and the location is excellent – convenient for getting everywhere, and no traffic jams. The hotel has an observation deck with a full view of the Lujiazui 'Three-piece Suit' (iconic skyscrapers). We even got to experience the ferry ride across the river. Had a great time trying it all out!

The hotel was quite good. The room was clean, and the bedding was neat, clean, and comfortable. It's not far from the Oriental Pearl Tower by bus or taxi. The room facilities were also good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The facilities are brand new, and the room's balcony has a washing machine and a folding area. The bed is very soft, and there are multiple sinks in the room. The waiting area is decorated like a trendy cafe and is always bustling with people, a significant number of whom are foreigners. The glass corridor area has a strong smell of building materials due to construction debris. The hotel is directly opposite the Bund, and the terrace offers a great environment. The only downside is the low-frequency, continuous hum from the outdoor unit, which made it hard to fall asleep, though turning it off resolved the issue. There were yellow urine stains on the toilet seat, with visible streaks from wiping in one direction. I'd suggest providing toilet seat covers.

The price was friendly, and the location was decent. The room had a separate washing machine, but it wasn't a washer-dryer combo, which was a bit disappointing as I booked specifically for the convenience of a washing machine. The bathroom drainage wasn't great and needs improvement.
