A complete nightmare.
1. Airport Pickup Fiasco: It’s incredibly frustrating when this hotel advertises airport pickup services but fails to deliver because they don't speak English so they decided to hung up when I called them. Having to scramble for a taxi at 1 am after a long flight is far from ideal.
2. Cigarette-Stinking Room: I was assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke.
3. Disgusting Bedsheets and Bathroom: the bedsheets and bathroom were equally disgusting—improperly cleaned and maintained. I didn’t even want to rest my head on the pillow.
4. Filthy Air Conditioner and not working properly: the exterior of the air conditioner was so dirty and in poor conditions one can only imagine what lurked inside. It didn't work well, but at least I could manage the cold.
5. Electrical Outage: at 3:30 am, the electricity in my room abruptly stopped working. It wasn’t a card issue; I tried everything, but it simply shut down. The resulting cold was unbearable.
6. False Advertising: the picture that the hotel displays are misrepresentative of their facilities. One has certain expectations based on what one has seen online. Not only the room but also the common areas.
7. Unresponsive Complaint Handling: The hotel’s dismissive response to my complaint is unacceptable. Guests deserve respectful and prompt attention when they encounter issues.
I made the decision to leave the hotel at 4 am and find another place. It was the worst experience.
