Stayed 4 nights for a business trip near SWEECC. Good location, easy access to metro, smooth check-in and clean room. Cool feature: you can ask the service robot to bring refills straight to your door. For the price, it did the job and I’d stay again.

Room quite small but convenient. The location is super close to Subway (Dongming station exit 5) surrounded with Mc/Subway/Lawson and others more.

The hotel is located in Pudong Expo area and neax to MRT station, easy to move around Shanghai, the room is clean and the bed is nice to have a good sleep.

Was a typical IBIS and no frills, location was ideal for our needs, one night was enough though. Staff very helpful - bagged up breakfast as we left before restaurant opened.

Location is okay for the price, the main city center is like 30ish minutes in transport. It’s quite convenient since the hotel is right by a train station. It’s an Ibis so you know what you know what to expect! I would go back if I was traveling on budget and look for a place not too far away 😄

Room a bit small but overall is good. Just a few steps away from the metro station. Very convenient.

overall experience is good, hotel very closed to metro station. Beside the hotel has McD, Lawson Mini Mart, Subway cafe. But the best breakfast is the mini store selling finger food in front of the hotel. One thing that not so satisfied was the central controlled air conditioning, very warm for this season, until I sweat and can’t sleep at all , made have to open window and let cool air to blow in the room. But the front desk guy did apologized to me with sending some gifts & 1 month free upgraded Gold membership. 👍

Overall, I'm very happy with my short stay at this hotel. Great location with easy access to the train station and the hotel is clean. The staffs are also helpfully. Thank You.

Very polite and helpful front desk. Even cleaner is very polite too. Very good location where just few steps away from Dongming Road Metro station exit 5. This is my second stay in this hotel. Free washer and dryer for use. They even serve free desert at night. Bottled drinking water is served all the time when requested ok front desk.

Honestly, very disappointed. Usually IBIS is a guarantee for comfy stay, but this branch was rather unkempt. It felt more like a cheap motel than a cost effective business hotel, and one of our rooms was booked out to some other guest just cause wet checked in late! The manager tried his best to make up for it and I commend him for his efforts but this shouldn’t have happened at all in the first place.
