The room was clean and tidy, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and not far from the Bund. The facilities are new, and the service attitude is excellent. You can also do laundry, and it dries very quickly. We first stayed for 2 nights, then went to Wuzhen and came back to Shanghai and booked two more rooms. The check-in experience was great.

Initially, I mistakenly went to the Hanting on Nanjing East Road. Everyone, please be careful not to make the same mistake – one is in the east, the other in the west. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, and you can walk to People's Square. The TV in the room requires VIP access to watch programs, but thankfully, you can cast to it; otherwise, the TV would be pretty useless for tourists like us. The room design is exactly like the photos, very comfortable. Especially the bathroom, I'm very satisfied with it! Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to commend this Hanting hotel. As someone with an obsession for cleanliness, I was surprisingly satisfied with the hygiene. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's very quiet, and the surroundings are super convenient. Lailai Xiaolong and Shen Dacheng are just a few meters away, and it's also very close to the subway. What I liked most was the customer service; they were warm, attentive, and spoke very kindly.
