third time here , i love it because of the smart toilet. lifer saver for malaysian. but 1 if our rooms normal toilet without any bidet huhu. but location wise still the best

Room walls need to be cleaned. It's disappointing that the room they gave me has dirt on the walls. The position of the airconditioner is also off. It's above my head

This hotel enjoys an excellent and convenient location, which is a major highlight of my one-night stay. However, the overall amenities and in-room cleanliness were quite disappointing. The on-site gym is very limited in facilities, with only two pieces of equipment: one treadmill and one exercise bike. Regrettably, the treadmill was out of service and could not be used. The laundry area also lacks practicality. The washing machine is overly small in size, and there is no dryer provided at all, which is inconvenient for travelers. Additionally, the room had noticeable dust buildup. The tabletop was not properly cleaned; I wiped it with a tissue and found clear dirt on the surface. Overall, the great location cannot make up for the poor facility conditions and insufficient cleaning quality.
