On the days we were there, there were people crying as if their child had died at the hotel for all three days, and they were disruptive throughout the day. The kid zone was closed, and the shuttle bus was unavailable at certain times; it had to be shared with Novotel. However, one positive point was that there were laundry facilities available 24 hours a day.

This time, I was taking my child to Disney, so I stayed a night beforehand to head to Disney first thing in the morning. The hotel is right by the road, but also quite tucked away – actually pretty easy to find! Just a turn at an intersection. I drove, and parking was free after checking in at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which was great. There's a shuttle bus to and from Disney, and it's a large coach. We booked the 5:50 AM shuttle, it departed punctually and got us to the Disney parking lot in just a few minutes – very close. For the return, shuttles start at 8:00 PM, running every 30 minutes until 10:00 PM. It's perfect if you want to catch the light show and still make it back. I highly recommend it! Plus, I checked out first thing in the morning the next day, but I could still take the shuttle back to the hotel in the evening and then drive home from there, which was really convenient. Lastly, the service was quite good; the front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were all excellent! If you're looking for a place to stay a night, I highly recommend this hotel!

Back to my happy place! Staying here is super convenient for Disneyland. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland, as well as Pudong and Hongqiao airports, is fantastic. Excellent service and environment, making it the best choice for a Disneyland trip.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit like a factory, but the interior is quite good. We arrived around 4 PM, and our booked room type wasn't ready yet. The friendly front desk staff led us to the lobby bar for a complimentary afternoon tea while we waited. We got into our room about half an hour later. The room was spacious, and the independent balcony had some small playground facilities that my child absolutely loved! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a dedicated kids' dining area with a large TV. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to and from Disneyland, the airport, and the high-speed rail station. The only downside is that it's close to the light rail, but after a tiring day of fun, you barely notice the noise!

This was my first time taking my child to Shanghai Disneyland, and I'm very satisfied. The hotel is really close to Disneyland, which is super convenient, and the room was clean.

Quick check in and out services. The receptionist helped me to transfer RMB to my Alipay account after I exchanged cash at the exchanger machine of the hotel. Really appreciate it. Laundry room is free to use - save luggage space to bring so many clothes.

The room was great, very spacious. The front desk staff were super friendly and the shuttle service was really convenient. They have shuttles to both the Bund and Disneyland. The shuttle driver on the night of the 31st at 10 PM, coming back from Disneyland, was especially enthusiastic! He had such a positive attitude! A delightful trip!

Every time I visit Disney, I stay at Courtyard. The twin room is excellent, with two 1.35m beds pushed together, perfect for two adults and two children. The room size is also just right, and breakfast is abundant. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as a bus to Disney and the Bund.

Good stay. Concierge and Cleaning staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is good size for family. Location is great too, close to Disneyland.

Terrible... The hotel's towels caused a skin allergy, but they refused to take any responsibility for the medical costs.

It was my first romantic trip with my partner and it was really disappointing, the food was horrible especially the cake taste like some cheap cake a amateur cooked, service was horrible, amenities was not a marriots standard at all. The hot shower got turned off on a sunday noon. I had to shower with bottled waters in a marriots, who's gonna believe that.
