Wassim Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Theme Park)

The hotel service is so so, Not worth that price .the breakfast is kinda boring. Veggies turns yellow .The manager was trying to squeeze the last milk for child‘s oatmeal😊 Also pls don’t waste your hard earned money to hire the tour lady which hotel front desk recommended that cost you ¥198 per person . She is separate from Hotel, not good service at all . She just take you to gate of each activity place( Max 5 activities ) inside disneyland . and she not really help you us that much. The tour lady just walk you to the entrance of the each game then she left,she not help you queue in line for you , just wasted the money . Actually we can download a ShangHai Disney App and you can still can visit 7-10 activities or rides all day from 10am-9pm. and the Disney App gives you right guidance ,waiting time , distance and direct you to arrive each activity conveniently . By the way, the Disney App Will help you big time . Have fun there .

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. It is close to Disneyland, they will you book tickets and there is a shuttle available. However, I booked a room with a queen bed but got two single beds. They changed us into what seemed to be a queen bed, it turned out to be two single beds joined. The bathroom sink’s drainage was poor.

If you are going to Shanghai Disneyland, this hotel is a must stay. The service is amazing and the breakfast food is very filling. I would also like to mention these staff 关关和静静 萌萌 whose service went beyond our expectations. They were very kind, understanding and accommodating. I cannot speak chinese very well but they helped us and even booked us free shuttle going to Disneyland and then going back to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Shanghai Disneyland. We are satisfied with our stay at Wassim Hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, receptionists staff 小丸子，静静 and 梦梦 served us, whole process was very smooth and they assisted us on the enquiries about the shuttle bus services timing to shanghai disneyland and the airport. Room wise the cleanliness could be slightly improved as the toilet was abit sandy. All other amenities is adequate, room is super spacious, bed is super comfy. Toiletries and sandals provided is of a very good standard. However one little qualm about the room would be the aircon, the room is not cold enough I feel and we found ourself sweating everytime we wake up. The aircon temperature adjust doesnt seems to be helping even after we changed it to the lowest temperature. Hotel morning buffet has a wide selection and they all tasted good. One of the better hotel buffet that I've come across. Free shuttle bus service provided to shanghai disneyland, this helped us to save alot time and made the process alot better in general. Free shuttle bus to the airport needs to be arranged beforehand with the receptionist. Overall hassle free and very convenient if you are going to disneyland, will highly recommend this hotel for people heading to disneyland or the pudong airport.

We finished the whole day in Disney and check in at late night, the front office agent told me my booking was not tonight and trip.com made the day after, they were fully book. My 4 years old daughter sleeping at the lobby and I can’t get the room. Front office claimed that they already contacted Ctrip and they will fix the issue, since they were fully book for my room type they upgraded me to the family room, I got my room key finally around 1 hour, the next day I approached counter to check my room status, the problem was not fixed yet. I contacted Ctrip and Ctrip claimed that was Hotel problem. This is my first time used Ctrip and I was bad luck. Finally both parties hotel and Ctrip solved my problem.
