Good location, might be not my preference only for experience to stay, not bad not good just neutral feeling

Excellent service. Best hotel bed and pillows ever. It smells so good too - like a spa. Breakfast was excellent - loved the dumplings and congee. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a cool neighbourhood with loads of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very beautiful and unique, clean room comfortable bed and special pillow, also with the booking comes a lot of services and gift, they provide a special meal dedicated for the guest, 20 min relaxation session and tea time with the master, here you can have unlimited high quality nespresso coffee, free facial masks, unlimited water bottle, the location is in the middle of city, we really had a good rest here and enjoy our honeymoon, its really something others hotels don’t offer, definitely will come back again.

This was a wonderful stay in the heart of Shanghai. The check-in was quick and efficient. Most importantly the room was super cozy, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The electronic toilet was a nice add and the amenities in the room were top notch, included a coffee machine and a Dyson hair dryer. Very much looking forward to staying here the next time I’m in Shanghai!

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel radiated quality and comfort. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Another huge plus was the location – very convenient and well connected, making it easy to explore the city while having a calm, luxurious retreat to return to at the end of the day. I’ll absolutely be referring this hotel to many friends and would happily return myself.
