The hotel is great, with a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland. There's a kids' play area, KTV, and mahjong room on the basement floor. The rooms are beautiful and the kids loved them. Hotel facilities are decent, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were attentive and warm.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, perfect for a family trip. The service at the front desk, lobby, and restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended!

I booked a family room at Lu'an Garden Hotel through Ctrip a week in advance, requesting a room away from the elevator and in a corner. The hotel arranged it perfectly, and I was very satisfied. The room was larger than expected, comfortably accommodating three adults and one child. The hotel's kids' club was definitely my child's favorite spot – it was clean and had a good variety of activities. I was also very pleased with the room details: table corners had safety bumpers, and the walls, curtains, and slippers all had a cute Milk Dragon theme. They even provided a stroller, a rocking horse, and a tent. Auntie Zou Xiaoying from housekeeping was very diligent, responsible, and thoughtful; she kept the room incredibly clean and kindly hung a 'do not disturb' sign on the doorknob for us. Auntie Gong Shijie from the dining department had a warm smile and was very considerate. When we asked if we could pack some food for our child, who was still asleep because we had to rush for our train, Auntie Gong didn't hesitate and enthusiastically helped us get a takeaway bag. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; I just forgot to take many pictures of the hotel because I was busy with the kids, haha.

Stayed at Shanghai Lu'an Garden Hotel when visiting Disneyland. The hotel service was excellent. The front desk lady was patient and thorough, and any issues I brought up were resolved immediately. The two ladies in the breakfast department also provided great service. Highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment far exceeded my expectations, and the room was clean and tidy. A special thanks goes to Jack and Manager Jiang. When checking in, they learned I was traveling with an elderly person and proactively upgraded us to a quiet, lower-floor room. They also provided detailed information about convenient dining options nearby and thoughtfully wrote down the breakfast times and locations on our room key sleeve – truly professional and attentive service. Front desk staffer Xiao Ji even personally escorted our luggage to the room and helped us book the Disneyland shuttle. While my child and I were at Disneyland, they understood that our elderly family member might have difficulty ordering or finding takeout, so they messaged us for our phone number and even delivered the takeout to our room. Such warm and considerate service is truly invaluable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

There's a supermarket right below the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily essentials. Coming from abroad, I wasn't familiar with things, so a special thanks to the staff at the Disneyland shuttle stop downstairs who even helped me book tickets! 🙏 They were incredibly helpful and warm-hearted.

The hotel manager, Tina, is very enthusiastic and helpful; she proactively offered assistance and even helped us book the hotel's Disney shuttle. Overall, Lu'an Garden Hotel offers excellent environment and service, and superb value for money. Full marks for cleanliness.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Disneyland and the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to Disneyland. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the shuttle driver who provided the Disney resort transfers on September 7th and 8th. He was very punctual, and his service attitude was exceptional! The specialty coffee was excellent; it was freshly brewed on-site and had a wonderful aroma. The hotel also offered a convenient luggage storage service, which was a big plus! Lastly, I want to commend Ms. Tina for her incredibly attentive and thoughtful service!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our Disney trip, and we're so glad we picked it based on the photos! The room itself was spotless, offered a great view, and after a long day at Disney, it was absolutely heavenly to sink into the huge king-size bed. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared some complimentary fruit, which was a truly heartwarming touch. All the staff were incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for all future Disney trips! They also offer a round-trip shuttle service to Disneyland, which is incredibly convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean and provided a peaceful environment, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was great and plentiful, and there's complimentary tea in the hotel lobby 🍵. The room was spacious, and the toiletries were excellent, even the slippers were thick and comfy ❤. They thoughtfully provided 'Baby Bus' themed toothbrushes for kids. The lobby staff were gentle and polite. There's a supermarket on the first floor, perfect for stocking up on snacks before heading to Disneyland. They also rent strollers and sell Disney merchandise. The hotel breakfast is extensive, and there are many small eateries within walking distance, making dining very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. What impressed me most was the bedside charging outlets – a really thoughtful design. On the first day of our stay, we even received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch.

Choosing Luan Hotel was the best decision we made on this trip – what a lifesaver for parents! The play area is spotlessly clean and features soft-padded designs, so there's absolutely no need to worry about kids getting hurt. The facilities are incredibly diverse and engaging: a ball pit, slides, climbing frames, a Lego brick zone, a picture book corner... Honestly, not just the kids, even I wanted to join in! Crucially, professional caregivers are on hand, allowing parents to genuinely 'take a breather' and enjoy a coffee in the lobby – such a thoughtful touch! The kids played their hearts out, absolutely beaming and drenched in sweat, and kept begging to go back. This is truly a hotel where both adults and kids can unwind and have a blast. Definitely a five-star rating! Cannot recommend enough to all families traveling with children!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The lovely manager, Claire check the available room and upgrading my room for free and giving us complimentary coffee! The room was clean and spacious with cartoon characters. The breakfast buffet spread is also nice. Highly recommended!

Ms. Fang at the front desk was very prompt. She was so helpful during register time and answering all our questions or requests patiently. Cost-effectiveness is high considering the room conditions & breakfast taste. Overall, I will come again.
