IFC Residence

This was my second stay at the IFC Residence, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating. They made sure my friend and I had a wonderful day. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

Our stay at the IFC Residence in Shanghai was fantastic! The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and very proactive in helping us. The room's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough; they changed our sheets and washed the dishes daily. (It's particularly convenient for families with children, as it's fully equipped for self-catering). I especially want to commend Kitty, Lucy, and Cici. We attended an exhibition on the morning of the 2nd and realized we had forgotten important documents just as we arrived at the entrance. We immediately called for help, and thanks to the seamless teamwork of these three ladies, we were able to retrieve our crucial documents. I hope management will recognize and reward such outstanding employees. They should be proud to have such excellent, charming, intelligent, and agile staff members.

Extremely satisfied with my stay, especially grateful to the front desk staff on duty on the 25th morning. The check-out process was very smooth, and they offer free luggage storage, which was a great experience. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall.

The air conditioning was leaking, the carpet was very damp... and there was a strange smell. My experience staying here this time was very bad.

This is arguably the best value-for-money option in Lujiazui. The location is superb, with direct access to the IFC Mall from both the 3rd and 1st floors, which is incredibly convenient. For a family, staying in a suite like this is far more practical than booking two standard rooms at other hotels, and the prices are comparable in Lujiazui. The front desk was very thoughtful and arranged a room with a better view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower for us.

The room was clean and tidy, and having a kitchen was very convenient during our stay. Plus, you can access the mall directly from the 3rd floor.

The service was excellent. We were traveling with family, and the room was clean and tidy. The best part was the fantastic view, and they even upgraded our room type, making our stay very comfortable.
