Crystal Orange Shanghai the Bund Yu Garden Hotel

During the Qingming Festival holiday, I brought my child to Shanghai for a study trip and a visit to Disneyland. I chose the Orange Hotel Shanghai Bund Yu Garden branch on Trip.com. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the City God Temple, the Bund (I highly recommend visiting the North Bund for beautiful night views), and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very thoughtful, and housekeeping was prompt. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Shanghai in the future. 😘👍 Bonus tip: We tried local Shanghai cuisine at Yu Yuan, but the signature braised pork (hongshao rou) was just okay (a bit too greasy for my taste). However, the noodles at Hu Xi Lao Nong Tang were genuinely delicious (the stir-fried pork kidney noodles and clam and pork liver noodles are highly recommended!). Friends visiting might want to give them a try! 😜

This stay far exceeded my expectations, a five-star review is a must! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were all smiles. Check-in was fast, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and clean, and the view from the window was excellent. I especially have to praise the breakfast; there was a wide variety, and the local specialty snacks tasted really authentic. The location is also very convenient, right next to a subway station. Attention to detail really shines through, from the charging cables provided in the room to the little candies left during the turndown service – it all made me feel very welcome. Next time I'm in this city, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The most satisfying stay during my trip to Shanghai! The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to Yu Garden and the Bund, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The lobby has a stylish design, and the rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness. The smart home features are a big plus. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the local Shanghainese snacks are very authentic. It's perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers. Five-star recommendation!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she checked us in at 11 AM and even upgraded our room type, making our stay much more comfortable. I'm really grateful! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to The Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, both within walking distance.

Fantastic location! It's right next to the City God Temple and Nanjing Road, making it super easy to explore Shanghai by subway. The breakfast spread is amazing, with everything from Chinese and Western options to freshly made rice noodles. We stayed with our child, and they even provided kids' toiletries. The front desk lady was so thoughtful and gave our child a lovely little gift, which they absolutely adored!
