The ambiance is elegant, upscale, and spacious, with everything impeccably clean and tidy. My stay was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, thanks to the excellent and well-maintained facilities. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was generous and easy to access, and the dining environment was very pleasant. A big plus is the complimentary and convenient parking.

Stayed here a few times in the past and thought it was great. However, this time round I had to change room 3 times because 1) given an out of order room the first time 2) second room had a leaking aircon vent 3) third room had choked toilet bowl issue. On the morning of my check out day, the room key card expired - it was 8.45am! And I was supposed to check out anytime before 2pm. I had booked a total of 2 rooms for 6 nights, and was upgraded for a room, to which I was grateful. The environment is excellent. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, and as a returning guest, I hope they continue to maintain this high standard!

The room was spotless and very spacious, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom and excellent soundproofing. What stood out most was the incredible value for money; the price was very reasonable, and the service was absolutely top-notch.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, one's eyes are immediately drawn to the gleaming, mirror-like marble floor, so brightly polished you can see your reflection, and utterly spotless. The front desk area is tastefully designed, simple yet elegant, with every decorative item and fixture immaculately arranged and dust-free. A subtle lavender fragrance fills the air, instantly creating a fresh, comforting atmosphere that melts away the weariness of travel.
