Pudong Airport Transfer Service: This is an excellent hotel. The owner is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The vehicle used for the airport drop-off service was great, and the driver was so warm and welcoming. This was my second time staying here, and I definitely hope to return again!

Overall it’s a great hotel. Staff is very friendly with the option of airport pick up. It’s close to the airport but for from downtown Putong area, where most attractions are. The only issue I have was with the ceiling light that was in need of repair. Outside of that, not other issues.

Checkin process was smooth. Room was clean. Only complaint is that the hotel doesn't have a robot for food deliveries. Other than that great experience.

Very comfy, small, and clean. Perfect stay to rest before or after the flight. Great and easy check-in and check-out It was also quiet the night I stayed. The cab was easy to call using the DiDi app.

Loved everything about this hotel. It’s very clean, very impressed with the design. They even have bidet! I missed my flight and had to book a hotel urgently in the middle of the night and they were so accommodating and very helpful.

It is 15 mins away from the airport. The room is super clean and it looks exactly like the photo. The bed mattress is super comfy and I could have a very good sleep. The staff was super nice with me and they were even willing to let me stay a little longer after the checking-out hours as my flight was later in the evening. When I'm back to China next semester, I will definitely book my room again here. Thanks!!!!

Decent location as a solo traveller having an overnight stop between flights. Service from front desk was great and friendly, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was handy. Do note that the shuttle services a couple of other hotels nearby too, so while the hotel is ~15mins away from the airport, the trip can take up to 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately the room hygiene was poor, with dust and stains, a ripped bath towel, and cigarette burns on the towels, mattress and bedside table. I’ve stayed in hostels which were cleaner than this. Other reviewers talking about the smoke smell are very correct, and it is quite strong even in non-smoking hotel rooms. While there are nice smart facilities in the room, such as the lights and toilet, I’m would not stay here again.

Very bad hotel.majority of staff rude only the lady at last day not so.the room is small and cramped and it gets insanely hot at night at the upper (bed) level. They offer some absolute **** level shuttle bus(an old,rusty,fart smelling seated bus stopping at about 55 hotels to and from airport.This is strange because I always take taxi everywere it was the first time using public transport in China and it ****** Other than that,asked for some water and got a single bottle she said I should go and buy myself some So with other words stay tf away from this snakery.
