Counter staff were extremely helpful! We had some difficulties identifying our packages and the staff were both patient and helpful to help us solve the issues.
Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of F&B outlets nearby and a convenience store just next to the hotel, and 2 more down the road.

Stayed in the hotel for 7 days and the initial check-in went really smoothly—the staff were super helpful. The room had everything you’d need. I’ve seen people comment that the rooms are small, but I wouldn’t agree; they’re just right, and if you’re not spending all day inside, why would you need it bigger? For me, it was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and fresh water was always provided. The bathroom was spotless and the smart toilet features were awesome (reminded me of my trip to Japan in April!).Overall, it was a great experience. Our flight was late, so being able to keep our bags at the hotel was really convenient—thanks for that! The only suggestion I have is to offer a printed translation for the remote control of the smart toilet, just like you have for the air conditioning (picture provided). Just a hint for the future! But overall, a solid 5/5!

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Just nearby people’s park and nanjing road east. The staff very friendly and easy to ask for help.

I keep coming back to this hotel. Perfect location, walkable distance to some main attractions in Shanghai. This time I chose a single room which was perfect for an overnight stay-clean and with all necessities. The staff is very helpful and friendly

Lovely cute hotel room. We liked the well designed layout and clean room. Great front desk service too. The location is super convenient near metro station and peoples park, with lots of eateries right outside the hotel. Walking distance to the nanjing pedestrian street and the Bund. Highly recommended.

Extremely kind people working at the reception. They allowed me an early check in that literally saved my day as I arrived from Istanbul. The hotel is super well located in a busy street with lots of local restaurants. The metro is close by as many attractions. The room was small but functional and had everything needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room clean, modernly furnished and quiet. I think this is one of the best hires I have ever stayed. Totally recommended and I would gladly stay again.
