Very nice hotel, decent price and great local neighborhood. Also very convenient to get to the Hongqiao airport and railway station. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with nicely decorated room and helpful staff. Excellent value for money in Shanghai!
Just one damper on the location: some detour is needed to access the hotel from the subway station, especially at night when the neighboring Takashimaya is closed.

To be improved:
- daily cleaning service could be more friendly & considerate.
- shower room could be better designed to have place to hang clothes/ towels.

I stayed only for one night but it was very wonderful and unforgettable experience. Location is perfect and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around and also a park! Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quiet peaceful hotel environment, suits a minimalist like me and with high tech. Room services were carried out by robots. Hotel decoration combines Japanese Chinese and a lot of western elements, ancient but modern taste providing a luxury feeling when living in.
Definitely my favourite.

The place was great. Close to the train station and hongqiao. We arrived and it was easy, very nice room excellent quick check in and got a very cheap breakfast deal. Better to get direct at the hotel it’s about 10% of the price. Would stay again.
