The service was good, and the front desk staff were particularly friendly, but the room facilities were a disaster. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was only good for playing music; it couldn't control the lights, curtains, or air conditioning. The mirror light in the bathroom was broken; it would dim after about 30 seconds. I asked the housekeeping staff, and she said it was like that in all the rooms. The "Do Not Disturb" and "Please Clean My Room" switches were reversed; when the light was on, it meant the opposite. As for showering, I've never encountered such a bizarre water heater. It would be hot when first turned on, but then slowly turn cold after about a minute. You'd have to turn the water off and on again, essentially showering in segments. The drainage was also incredibly slow, which made me anxious, fearing the water would overflow onto the floor. The worst part was the broken exhaust fan. No matter how I pressed it, it wouldn't work. This meant that if anyone used the toilet, the room became unbearable. There were a few holes in the pillows, and the hairdryer was also a very old, basic model. The smart toilet would open its lid every time someone walked past it, which was incredibly annoying. However, these are minor issues; the most serious problems were the ones mentioned above.

This is my third time staying here, and it's still fantastic! The location is superb, really close to the subway, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of great food options in the Fengshengli area nearby. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are always so helpful and provide excellent service. Even though the rooms are on the smaller side, they have everything you need and are even smart-enabled. My family was super happy with our stay. We'll definitely be back next time! 😊

This hotel is great! The service and cleanliness are top-notch, and it's really quiet at night. The front desk staff are super friendly, and they offer free coffee every day. It's conveniently located, and there's free parking too – a bit small, but perfectly adequate.

I really liked it. It was clean, and I appreciated the free coffee. The air conditioning was warm and odorless.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were excellent. Plus, they have parking!

I booked this room specifically to rest during my lunch break before an exam. The room was extremely small. As soon as you walked in, the sink was on the right, and just a bit further in was the bed, which felt like it was wedged into the corner, fitting perfectly flush with the TV wall, making it feel a bit cramped. The floor was also still wet when I entered. The soundproofing isn't great either, as I could hear people talking next door. At this price point, I wouldn't really recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the popular Shanghai attractions. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition: it felt damp and smelled unpleasant, the air conditioner was covered in dust, and both the walls and floors were dirty. The bathroom had mold, and the fixtures were coming off the walls. Soundproofing was almost nonexistent, and the window opened directly into the corridor. To make matters worse, there were cobwebs on the walls. The only positive aspect was the polite and understanding staff, who refunded the booking cost.
