Hotel location is easy and near to Nanjing street. Counter service friendly and nice, especially Nana.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. As a foreign visitor, I truly appreciated their help in booking a taxi and arranging a courier service for me. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also excellent and very convenient. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, shopping areas, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel provided good facilities that made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. A special thank you to Xiao Lei for his exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist whenever needed. We especially appreciated his help in arranging a private car transfer to Pudong Airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The combination of the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding customer service made our stay a memorable one. Hotel location was accessible and convenient, approximately 6-min walk to the nearest subway. It was also close to key attractions like the Nanjing Pedestrian Street and The Bund, which was great! Room was amazing and HUGE (wasn't entirely sure if we were upgraded to a bigger room, but we enjoyed it a lot! corner unit was a plus). Service was exceptional. Our room was cleaned daily (there is also an option to clean as requested) with fresh linens and amenities provided. One of us also fell ill, to which the staff kindly offered to purchase medications via ******* as it was unavailable for foreigners. Their flexibility and readiness to assist are definitely commendable. Nana, the receptionist, handled our check out. We received a lovely cup as our departure gift, and the procedures were seamless and fuss-free. Will highly recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The hotel is located very near to nanjing east street with alot of resturants nearby. It is behind the holiday inn hotel building. The counter staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to the housekeep auntie on level 5. She give us extra bottle water and coffee upon request and always kept a smiling face. Laundry room was good as the machine for both washing and drying was big. The hotel bed and pillow was firm and comfortable. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very lucky to be upgraded to a family room with two 1.8m beds! The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with smart technology. The location is excellent, just behind Nanjing East Road, and it was very easy to get a Didi. Highly recommended!

Best location, near to hot places. Our Susu(hotel personnel) helped us with warm greetings. We can ask anythings thru wexin easily. Enjoy.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Location was very convenient too and Pan Pan assisted with the check out. Highly recommend.
