The location for this establishment is great but, for a 5 star hotel, this has been my worst experience and stay. Many of the room switches does not correspond with what was labelled eg: master switch only turns off the lights by the curtains, bathroom switch turns off the dining room lights. The dog park located in the hotel does not have light at night, which was a disappointment as we took our dogs along expecting to be able to let them run around at night. Upon leaving, we decided to have a quick bite at 咖啡厅. We were informed that there will be a 45 ‘minute wait time which was completely understandable knowing it is the golden week in china. But what we did not expect was to have to have 15 minutes for a canned sparkling water, hot milk and a cold latte. The food came out quickly after, they served the burger on a shovel, for the ease of eating, I requested for a plate. Having to wait 20 minutes just for a plate was just unreasonable, I had to remind them to bring the plate to me, by then the burger was cold and inedible. I requested for a new burger which they accepted, but to my surprised, the person in charge came to ask if I would like a new burger after 20 minutes and it is after previous waiter and waitress confirmed that the burger was already being re-fired.
The only thing that made our stay warm and brighten up our experience was Martin Zhu in the F&B department. He was great to help arrange seats for us in varies outlets so that we could bring along our two dogs. On our second day, after a disappointing meal outside of the hotel, Martin also quickly came to our rescue by preparing food for us when we were back. Overall, the experience would have been terrible if it wasn’t for him.
