The cleanliness of the room and the service provided by the hotel were very good. However, there were areas that needed improvement. I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The TV's internet service wasn’t working for all channels for three nights. Need additional payments to watch most of the TV channels
Additionally, unlike most hotels in China, this hotel offers only a fixed set breakfast instead of a buffet. The breakfast cost ¥38 but the portions were relatively small and there were only three varieties to choose from.
Also, do not be misled by the hotel’s advertised photos. The hotel is a three-story building with just over 40 rooms. The tall apartment complex visible behind the hotel in the photo is not part of the hotel property.
The location is somewhat isolated and was not noisy at night. The nearest metro and bus stations were within a 10 or 15-minute walk.

This marks my second stay at the hotel, my first visit being right after its grand opening. I feel that the hotel's comfort and overall experience have matured considerably. Everywhere, it radiates traditional European luxury and understated elegance. The in-room amenities are truly relaxing, giving you a sense of being at home. The breakfast quality has been further enhanced, with Chinese and Western dishes complementing each other perfectly for a harmonious spread. The hotel staff are extremely courteous, and Zoe, in particular, is highly experienced and made meticulous, thoughtful arrangements. One could truly say that Sofitel Jin Hui is now a dazzling jewel on Shanghai's North Bund 💎.

The hotel's location is great, and the service is excellent. There's a laundry room and fitness center on B1. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is quite comprehensive, though I wished for a bit more daily variety. We initially booked just one night but extended for three more, as my child and I absolutely loved their specialty noodles with toppings. The room is very spacious. While it's not ultra-modern or smart-tech equipped, for summer travel, considering the location, price point, room size, and service, it offered fantastic value and was perfectly suitable.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

Despite the location not being in the most bustling area, the hotel itself was better than expected. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, and the breakfast was quite nice being a foreigner having Chinese breakfast.
I was impressed that the hotel room had bath salts for the bathtub as well as a day time and night time body wash.
It was nice seeing an ironing board but I was surprised there was no safe.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

The stay at Lumeijia Rainbow Hotel this time far exceeded my expectations and must be given five-star praise!
What impressed me the most and warmly was the ultimate thoughtful service provided by Miss Zhang Min at the front desk. From the sincere and sweet greetings at check-in to the patient and meticulous introduction of hotel facilities and surrounding information, every link is impeccable. She is not only skilled in business, extremely efficient, but also rare to find that heartfelt enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. When I put forward some needs, she always responded as soon as possible and tried her best to coordinate and solve them, and the smile never left her face, and she really did “think what the guests think, and hurry what the guests are anxious.” This kind of humane professional service, let me feel the family-like care when I am on a business trip, and the fatigue of the journey is swept away.

GGuest UserIt is a 10-minute walk to the hotel from the metro line 4. It is a new hotel so the rooms are clean. Noise insulation is good. Front desk receptionists are accommodating and friendly, and free laundry. There are 4 local restaurants next to the hotel and a noiseless construction site across the street. The Wi-Fi signal is strong. I highly recommend the hotel. I'm not sure if they understand English.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and welcoming. AAnonymous UserThe location is great! Supermarkets, wet markets, and restaurants are all nearby. It's a great option if you'd like to experience a traditional Shanghai lifestyle. There's no receptionist based in the homestay. You will need to contact the owner yourself because they won't reach out to you proactively. But the good thing is the owner is very friendly and helpful. Always replied almost instantly. There's no room service, so if you plan to stay for more than 2 nights, it might not be a good option. You're expected to recycle your own garbage, otherwise you'll be fined. The TV is an internet TV which relies on wifi. However, the wifi was constantly unstable. There was still some urine in the toilet bowl when we checked in. The urine might have been there for a while because it was molded. Perhaps because of it, the toilet had an unpleasant smell for a while. Each room has its own private toilet. But the toilet is not accessible through the bedroom. You'll need to walk out of your bedroom with a key, which is super inconvenient. And as such, the heater in the bedroom can't reach the bathroom, so the bathroom can be quite cold. It doesn't help when the bathroom's window doesn't latch properly and often opens by itself at stronger wind. But need to keep in mind that the price is rather cheap. You get what you pay for. I'd definitely recommend this place if it's for a 1-2 nights' stay.
