The hotel was spacious, you can fit 2 large luggages in the room and still have ample space to walk ard. If only they had one more extra chair so my husband and I can sit comfortably. I find the bed comfortable enough, I like the automatic toilet bowl, the pressure for the water was just right. The helpers, service staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay. They provided us with lots of water to make sure we are hydrated as the weather outside is really hot. The cleaner’s name is LIN or LING 阿姨， she was the one that took care of us throughout our 5 days. The room service food was way better than the one in JW Marriott for some reason. Please order the Xiao Long Bao and bolognese pasta. You can skip the pizza entirely, it’s bad. We ordered a bucket of ice, and there was a young boy who delivered our ice in the middle of the night with a huge smile, he said, “Hi”👋🏼with a hig happy smile and then a “BYE~”when he’s all done. He was so enthusiastic and it made our night. At the lobby, it’s pretty small, some taxis can’t find the entrance to the lobby, take a pic if you order a didi, so the driver may know what to look out for. The doorman was really nice, he helped us with our luggage’s in seconds, 谢谢你 Liu Xiao Xiu. I highly recommend the stay here as all the staffs seems like they have gone through a 5 star training program. It’s one of the most pleasant stay. I hope this review will not lead to a price increase on trip.com. Chang Shou lu has lots of hipster cafe and interesting restaurants ard the hood, so do you research and explore the neighbourhood.

A great new hotel experience, with a stylish, unique and tasteful Shikumen architectural style. I especially like the room with skylight and small balcony on the top floor, and the exquisite and detail-oriented bathroom design is also great. I am also very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially Simon and Ashley at the front desk are very considerate and thoughtful, which deserves praise!

While some of the room's facilities felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive enough to provide a clothes drying rack when they saw I was air-drying clothes.
The swimming pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. It was less crowded in the evenings, making it perfect for the kids to maintain their water confidence.
The self-service laundry room could benefit from more plastic bags and notepads; a laundry hamper would also be a great addition.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I appreciated that teacups were available for brewing tea.
The location is also very convenient, being just a few hundred meters from two subway stations. Plus, there's a lovely bakery nearby with delicious treats.

We were given a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a great surprise. Despite the bad weather in the city, the staff were very helpful – they checked whether the nearby park was open and if we’d be able to get there.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t visit the park due to flooding, but I’d gladly come back and stay in the same hotel again.
Breakfast was great – local and very tasty!

We had a great stay here - the staff were amazingly helpful and while their English was limited, they happily used a translator app to speak with us. We arrived very early and they gave us a room to freshen up in without hesitation and looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. They’re not on a high floor but were surprisingly quiet.
The location wasn’t perfect for us but we used DiDi to get around which was affordable and made the location quite workable. We would happily stay again.

Very helpful and friendly staff though they didn't speak any English. Breakfast was a bit bland and low quality but OK. The rooms were well designed and equipped but the only problem is that they smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice with actual doors which is rare in China hostels.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were minimalist yet functional, and the environment was pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of light and low-calorie options, which suited both me and my child perfectly. I would definitely consider All Seasons Hotel again for our next trip.

I stayed an extra day in Shanghai as I was escorting clients back to Hangzhou the following day. I booked this hotel on Ctrip because it was close to my clients' accommodation, and it had a high rating. However, the moment the taxi pulled up, I honestly thought we'd made a mistake – the exterior was so poor it couldn't even compare to a standard budget hotel in Hangzhou.
Stepping inside, I felt slightly more at ease. It seems the hotel is quite old, and its exterior definitely showed its age. The road outside was also very narrow, making it a struggle to catch a taxi, often leading to long waits. Thankfully, the subway station was quite close, making it the best choice for transportation.
The room itself had a rather ordinary setup, though the hallway looked pleasant. A redeeming feature was the comfortable bed, which offered a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was quite small, and while the food was passable, the overall experience fell significantly short of my expectations, especially considering its high rating on Ctrip. I ultimately felt it wasn't worth the price.

Fantastic hotel. One of the first I’ve visited in China which actually had everything the way they showed it on the pictures.
Clean, relatively central, good breakfast with a lot of variety, small but good gym with modern and fully functional multi-function cable machine.
Food delivery is brought by robots.
I also asked to store my luggage for 3 weeks while I travel outside of China and the staff was immediately saying yes without any fee or other issue. I can recommend it very well and will come again.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is fantastic. It's right at the Changshou Road subway station. It couldn't be closer, right outside the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks are all available nearby, and there are at least two 24-hour FamilyMarts nearby.
The hotel is fully equipped with washing machines and dryers. It's spotlessly clean and tidy. While it might not look impressive from the outside, the inside is truly delightful, with no odors. The front desk is friendly, and the cleaning ladies are incredibly nice. You can even leave your clothes for them to wash!
It really feels like home!

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed, the experience of the previous stay was not 100% satisfactory, but the boss service was very good, not only gave the voucher but also made a lot of rectifications;
The housekeeper contacted me in advance before check-in and gave me a very detailed check-in guide, including the subway and parking lot. Their home is in a single-family apartment building. It is better to recognize the check-in guide.
This time I changed the toilet and bedding, and the bedding was replaced with a mattress, which was very good; the bath towels and towels were replaced with thicker ones, and the number was more than before;
The construction foundation of the Jade Buddha Temple downstairs has been completed, and there is no big movement. It seems that the construction time has been delayed in the morning. The morning is basically very quiet.
The style of their room is quite a lot, the overall design is more, and the boss can listen to the opinions of the tenants, and change it if you know the mistakes.
