Hyatt Place Hotels in Shanghai

The hotel is conveniently accessible via walkways/underground path from Hongqiao station/hub. Due to a minor construction, a certain path was obstructed and initially had issues finding direction. Thankfully signs were clear and was easy to navigate. Hotel is equipped with sufficient amenities to make the stay enjoyable, and one of my favourite is the huge gym. Will love to come back again. It is also surrounded by shopping malls and the centralised location allows access to train lines 2,10,17. As my departure flight was in pudong airport, the direct airport line from Hongqiao airport took me only around 45mins, skipping the jams.

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place hotel, and it's perfect for both business and leisure. The location is superb, within walking distance of Nan Fung City, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk service was professional and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and quiet, allowing me to sleep wonderfully and wake up feeling refreshed. The room was clean and well-maintained, and my family was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. Being in a prime area of Shanghai, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

There was an exhibition nearby, and it was also a holiday. After comparing a few hotels, we ultimately chose this one. As expected from a Hyatt hotel, the environment here is truly excellent. Qingpu Outlets is conveniently located right next door, making it perfect for a post-dinner stroll and some shopping. The front desk staff provided excellent service; they immediately accommodated our request for a high-floor room with an open view. Lilian was especially nice, enthusiastic, and very patient. The room was spacious and bright, and I was pleased with the floor level. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh dishes. The hotel also offers self-service washing machines for 15 (RMB, assuming) per use, which is a very convenient and worthwhile amenity. Transportation is also very convenient; Jiasong Middle Road Metro Station on Line 17 offers quick and easy access to the city center. The bedding in the room was very comfortable.
