I don't usually write reviews, but I genuinely want to commend this hotel. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the hardware was excellent. The hairdryer was a Laifen, and its powerful airflow surpasses most hotels. The mini-fridge was small yet elegant, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its strong showerhead pressure. The staff were very welcoming and even gave me a free upgrade. The price was fantastic, making it highly, highly recommended. Breakfast was also good. They provided four bottles of Nongfu Spring water every day.

Airport shuttle service: Very convenient, they can pick you up even for a 3 AM arrival after a red-eye flight. Cleanliness: Good, the room was spacious with no strange odors. Service: Both the night shift and day shift receptionists were incredibly nice. Knowing I had an evening flight the next day, they proactively told me I could check out later and take the last shuttle, saving me from waiting too long at the airport. Facilities: The bedding was very comfortable. Overall experience was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for layovers at Pudong.

My first night in Shanghai, I stayed at the Home Inn North Bund and was very disappointed. It lacked warmth and atmosphere, and my room was cold. The second night, I switched to this Home Inn branch near Lujiazui Shangcheng Road subway station, and it was fantastic! There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The air conditioning in the room was excellent – quiet and warm. The hygiene was also top-notch, and they even upgraded my twin room to a superior twin room. I immediately decided to extend my stay for a third night. The staff were friendly and polite. All in all, I was extremely satisfied. This is what I expect from a Home Inn.

① Since the hotel is within a hundred meters of both a subway station and an elevated road, ambient noise is inevitable, and the room's soundproofing is just average. ② However, the hotel staff are exceptionally nice! A big plus! ③ It's a straight shot to No. 52 Middle School, just a 5-minute walk away. 👍

Highly recommended by photographers! This place is 'perfect in every way.' The east-facing room is bright, with light dancing on the walls in the morning. The king-size duvet is soft and light, making it hard to leave the bed once you're in it. The bathtub is strategically placed by the window, perfect for time-lapse photography of the sunrise while you soak. The laundry room quickly washes sweat-soaked clothes after a shoot. The parking lot allows direct access for photography gear vehicles right to the elevator. The convenience store's sandwich combo is a great quick and efficient meal. The robot delivering memory cards is incredibly stable. The fresh-ground coffee machine in the lobby satisfies creative needs. Smart curtains allow for segmented control of light angles. The full-mirror elevator creates an illusion of infinite space, clients can shoot stunning fashion editorials here. The afternoon tea macarons have exquisite colors. It's a 5-minute walk to Changqiao (Long Bridge) at West Lake for sunset shots of Leifeng Pagoda. Intime Department Store is convenient for buying props, and the Wulin Night Market's lantern-lit street creates a cinematic feel for street photography. Every corner is a potential shooting location!

Great location, new facilities. Only issue on the 1st day with the check in staff on our first arrival is not friendly & helpful at all. We are foreign travelers whose can’t speak the local language but he seems aggressive ( we checked in around 1pm 30/01/2026). Please reflect with the men receptions on that day as we nearly leave 1 star review as very uncomfortable. Which really affected to the great effort of others staff. But the next couple days all reception staffs very friendly & supportive. Even though we can’t speak the same language. They still tried to help on order food & sending our luggage to another city. Much appreciated for helping. Will comeback next time

Had a really great experience! The front desk staff was super quick and friendly during check-in. They even upgraded our room from a corridor-facing window to one with a view of the outside area, which was a nice touch. The location is also very convenient, just a few hundred meters from the subway station, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Highly recommend, highly recommend, highly recommend!!!

The environment here is great! It was my first time staying, and I had a really good experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering laundry service without me even asking. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with complete and very new facilities. I'm extremely satisfied! 👍🎉

An absolutely fantastic stay! The location is super convenient, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and both the soundproofing and bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Seriously, no complaints at all – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Stayed 4 nights, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has commercial washers and dryers which was convenient for me as I was on a 7 day Hangzhou trip before staying at the hotel and I washed my clothes and I loved it. The location is not close to the MRT station, but very close to the Hongqiao Terminal and the Hongqiao bus station. From hotel to there take grab car it costs about RMB 20, which is fast and convenient for me.
