Very clean. Easy and quick access to the metro line & buses !!! The staff were all very kind and respectful!! Highly recommended and I will stay again!!

The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again.

This time, I booked the room for my girlfriend and her husband's trip to Hangzhou and Shanghai. After comparing a few options, I found the room size to be a bit on the smaller side, and the breakfast selection was limited, so it wasn't great value for money. I'd recommend booking without breakfast. Other than that, everything else was pretty standard, nothing particularly outstanding. However, I still gave it a full five-star rating because, as someone in the same industry, I understand the challenges involved.

As a family of three, we were delighted to receive a room upgrade from the butler. The room had a huge bed, making our stay very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the hotel is super close to the Bund. Plus, it's right next to bus stops and the subway, so you can easily explore for just 2 yuan. Great place, highly recommend! 🎉

The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to Renji Hospital and Printemps (just two traffic lights away). Downstairs is Lancun Road, offering a plethora of dining options and easy access to food delivery, so you'll never have to worry about meals. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel staff are very accommodating. Because there's a foot massage parlor, billiards, and KTV downstairs, the front desk tends to prioritize rooms on the 6th floor. Compared to other similar hotels nearby, parking is also more convenient here. If you're coming to Renji Hospital for medical treatment or to accompany a patient, I highly recommend choosing this hotel, but do remember to book in advance.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! It's surrounded by tons of food, drink, and entertainment options, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. The room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly polite. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

The facilities are brand new, and the room's balcony has a washing machine and a folding area. The bed is very soft, and there are multiple sinks in the room. The waiting area is decorated like a trendy cafe and is always bustling with people, a significant number of whom are foreigners. The glass corridor area has a strong smell of building materials due to construction debris. The hotel is directly opposite the Bund, and the terrace offers a great environment. The only downside is the low-frequency, continuous hum from the outdoor unit, which made it hard to fall asleep, though turning it off resolved the issue. There were yellow urine stains on the toilet seat, with visible streaks from wiping in one direction. I'd suggest providing toilet seat covers.

Staying at the Hanting Premium Hotel (Shanghai Wujiaochang Metro Station Branch) was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, with quality evident in every detail. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful and warm, making me feel incredibly welcome. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation.

As a returning guest, I'm still compelled to leave a glowing review. The hotel is ideally situated in a commercial district, offering convenient access to transportation, dining, and entertainment. The ambiance is elegant, upscale, and spacious, with everything impeccably clean and tidy. My stay was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, thanks to the excellent and well-maintained facilities. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was generous and easy to access, and the dining environment was very pleasant. A big plus is the complimentary and convenient parking.

Our twin room had outlets and USB ports on both headboards, which was very convenient for charging. The bathroom was split, with the shower on one side and the sink in the middle, next to the toilet. I couldn't find a non-slip mat anywhere, so I had to be extra careful while showering. I also noticed a few hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit off-putting. The white bed linens looked clean. From the 10-something floor, the view was expansive, and we could even see the SK Tower on a clear day. There was one sachet each of floral tea and black tea, but no coffee.
