This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. The experience was so bad that I doubted my life... The soundproofing was extremely poor. People in the next room were arguing and fighting, and there were sounds of people shouting for help and banging their heads against the wall. It was really scary. We checked in at around 7pm, and the room next door started at around 8:30pm. I reported this to the front desk around 10pm and asked to change rooms, but I didn't get any results after reporting it twice, so I had no choice but to wait until 12pm. I was so scared that I checked out and changed to another hotel.
