毛巾架搭了一條小毛巾，居然脱落了。被子是爛的，手持噴淋頭掛得太高一般身高根本夠不着。其他還好酒店停車場不夠可以停隔壁酒店可以負責停車費衹要在前台錄入車牌號即可。
上次來住退房時反應靠車站這邊很吵，前台答應説下次升級安靜房間，這次入住卻沒有升級説集團一年衹有兩次升級的權限，理由有點牽強了。

首次入住酒店時，我發現無法開啟空調製冷功能，衹能依賴通風。外面温度高達28度，而室內温度始終維持在29-30度之間。因此，我衹能不斷地開窗和開門進行通風。儘管酒店提供了空調扇，但它並未帶來任何涼意。我向前台提出了反饋，但經過一番溝通後得知，空調並非酒店可以獨立控制的設施。這涉及到酒店的基礎設施設定問題，所以作為客人，我衹能接受買單，因為你們的空調管控原因或是我的“需求”不合理？
作為一家獨立運營的酒店，調節空調應是其基本功能之一，而非個性化的需求。我花費700元入住一晚酒店，卻連享受空調冷風的權利都沒有，這讓我感到既憤怒又無奈，何談舒適與温馨，所以你們如家所謂的賓至如歸的家文化，就是一句玩笑話？

酒店房間很大很舒適，因為城市沒有禁煙所以偶爾有點煙味，不過房間通風很好，也有一個小陽台，可以喝茶吃東西
可以看出酒店很新
衞生：很乾凈，睡着也很舒服，遮光也不錯，窗簾很嚴實
設施：房間也有小沙發可以坐，酒店電視可以及時查看洗衣服和烘乾機的進度，很方便，洗衣服設施也很齊全，裝修很新

週末帶孩子到商洛辦事，離高速路口很近，酒店旁邊就是汽車站。房間隔音密封很好，特別安靜。酒店環境很好，早餐豐富，孩子很喜歡。不錯的酒店，值得推薦！
