Dongli Xiyin B&B (Wangxian Valley Scenic Area)

This place exceeded all my expectations. It offers the best hotel experience and the best service! The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I want to highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the bed linen, and the bathroom. The floor was spotless—I walked around barefoot, even though soft slippers were provided. Everything was well thought out down to the last detail, and all necessary toiletries were available. Clean, modern air conditioner Everything is very modern and stylish. Kudos to the designer—it’s a very cozy place. Just the way I like it. The view was magnificent! The room had an automatic curtain opening and closing system, which was very convenient given the large window and beautiful View. There was a cozy balcony next to the room. I contacted the hotel and ordered a transfer to and from the train station, which was convenient and safe; as a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease. The hotel manager, Mark was always available to help and offer recommendations. He speaks excellent English. He showed me where to get a delicious dinner and helped with translation. He even drove me to the valley and back to the hotel free of charge, and showed me beautiful spots—including a place to enjoy coffee with the best view. I want to extend a special thank to him; he is incredibly kind and attentive. He also took some beautiful photos and videos for me. I will definitely tell my friends about this place. The owner was very nice and helpful and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. I requested a room with a view, and we had large windows with a view of the hills and the little river outside. Our train got cancelled because of poor weather and this hotel didn’t have any more rooms available for the night, but they helped bring us to a new hotel that their friend owns, which I really appreciated. Great service!

We stayed for one night at the Dongli Xiyin B&B. Our room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom, we had a great mountain view from the bed. There was also a mountain view terrace on the top floor which was great for drying clothes. We were especially pleased by the service we received from Mark, who kindly came to pick us up from the bus station and negotiated drivers to and from the scenic area as well as the train station.

The hotel owners were very friendly and offered to help with several different things includong lifts to the attractions as well as information regarding on the best way to see the local area. They were also able to phone ahead to a few locations to get us discounted tickets. The room was very clean. Would definitely recommend.
