Everything is AI-powered as claimed and comes in bilingual. The location is strategic, within walking distance to Dukezong Ancient Town. The boss and lady boss are very friendly. They provided us with an oxygen tank when I was suffering from altitude sickness and even gave us free souvenirs before we left.

This hotel is very good, the owner really helpful to bring luggage to your room. Minimalist deco and the room cleanliness satisfied. They also offer drop off at railway station for free. The location quite strategic nearby to Dukezong Ancient Town, by walking can reach in 10 mins. For muslim traveller, many halal restaurant nearby.

Great hotel with clean and spacious room! Very new and good price! The best part is they have a mommy cat with 5 adorable kittens. The kittens are only one month old and we spent about one hour every night playing with them when they were awake! Highly recommended, it is worth it just to be able to play with the kittens! Come stay here soon before the kittys grow up!!

The hotel is newly built for about a year and everything is still new!
Room is spacious, clean and equipped with smart electronics, where you can watch movie or music with big projector. Even toilet bowl has its own sensors to auto open and auto flush.
A human designed room where everything js being considered, separated toilet and shower, 2 water basin.
We were welcomed with hot milk. Highly recommended!

The hostess of the hotel was very kind and welcoming. She offered free water as well as free ginger tea to our friend who suffered from altitude sickness. The room was spacious and beds really comfortable. Overall, we recommend this hotel to make your ShangriLa visit more memorable.

Location was great only 10mins walk to duke ancient town. There were alot of cultural costumes to try on too. The room was huge. The owners assist us by picking us and dropping us off the highspeed rail. The ladyboss also offered us hot milk whenever we can back to the room. room floor was well heated too. Highly recommend ✨
