The room was great, very comfortable, and conveniently located near the Old Town and Guishan Park. The hostess was super enthusiastic; on our first day, I was suffering from altitude sickness, and she prepared Rhodiola oral solution, hot milk, and ginger tea for us. She even helped us arrange a car to the high-speed train station. Service was top-notch! 🥰 Plus, there are three adorable cats on the first floor that you can pet! 🐈

The hotel's location inside the old town is super convenient for exploring. The proprietress is really kind and provides excellent service, always looking out for guests. There's breakfast available, which is pleasantly light and suitable. They also offer small snacks, and even provide pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. If I ever get the chance to visit Shangri-La again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room environment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is rich. The owners prepare afternoon tea every day! They even offer warm milk at night, which is very thoughtful! The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and gave us lots of travel tips!

Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience! The room was bright and spacious, and I felt so happy when the sun streamed in. Enjoying the rain view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was also incredibly refreshing. Service: The service here was incredibly friendly. Not only did they offer free pick-up and drop-off, but the hostess is also a very warm and responsible person! Snacks were available in the afternoon and evening, and breakfast was delicious and comforting. Facilities: The oxygen supply equipment was well-equipped, the hotel facilities were smart, and the quality of the hotel amenities was also good! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would absolutely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Shangri-La!

A very disappointing experience. The driver who picked us up had a very mediocre attitude. Upon entering, the hotel lobby was tiny, and its decor looked much less grand than what the pictures suggested. Once we got to our room, the immediate feeling was one of deep disappointment – it looked completely different from the photos, and the cleanliness was just so-so. However, the staff, especially one young lady, had an exceptionally good attitude. Also, the breakfast restaurant felt more like an employee canteen. Their air conditioning unit was noisy; if you kept it on at night, you wouldn't be able to sleep. The breakfast options were very basic and felt quite unhygienic, but again, the servers were incredibly friendly and kind. This is an honest review, and I hope future guests seriously consider that at this price point, there are many, many other options. We initially wanted to stay an extra day, but after checking out other hotels nearby, we found they were similar in location but much, much better. Overall, a very, very bad experience.
