The hotel is great and the staff of this hotel are really the best. They somehow manage to be friendly, funny, and professional all at once. The nightly ritual of delicious homemade cake with hot milk is clearly their evil plan to make guests fat and too lazy to ever leave. They even went far beyond expectations: dropping us off at night events, arranging station pick-ups and drop-offs… basically like staying in a 5-star hotel with your own private squad. Special thanks to: - the reception guy — may your collection one day level up into real Labubus. - the Chengdu girl — the hotel’s very own stand-up comedy channel. - And Larang — the warm and shining beauty of Shangri-La. Thanks again for everything, and I hope we meet again soon :)

房間智能，房間不算太大但用夠。晚上有燕麥牛奶，到那天有水果。被子太厚了點，住了三天。打掃衞生有點沒到位，第二天被子都沒整理。不過最要點讚的是前台和早餐服務，前台有問必答，提供旅遊諮詢還有建議等等，熱情親切！還開車接送真是可以。

設施：全屋智能傢俱，供氧設備也很好用（親測有效）衞生：乾淨環境：酒店內部環境高大尚，早餐品類豐富。外部周圍超市飯店很多，離醫院也很近（護士服務態度很好）服務：前台的幾位工作人員態度很好，有問必答，熱情周到。

衞生：帶小朋友出行，衞生很重要，這裏的衞生隨時都在打掃環境：很有設計感，酒店設計看起來都很舒服。5樓的健身、小孩子玩，帶陽台吹風很好服務：服務很熱情，出門告訴哪裡好玩，避了坑晚安玫瑰燕麥牛奶:很棒

非常好，店員主動打電話問是不是需要接站，雙床房的床很大是1.5M的，晚上還有燕麥牛奶和水果直接送來房間了，智能馬桶也很好用

酒店位置好找，停車也方便，房間是新裝修的，乾淨而時尚。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐也很熱情服務周到，聽説有長者，還幫我們升級了一樓的小院房間，體貼入微。早餐中規中矩，晚上的燕麥奶一定要嚐嚐，非常驚艷，濃郁的牛奶香混合了玫瑰花，燕麥的香氣，讓香格里拉的行程錦上添花。
