Ten-Mile Snow Mountain Luxury Lodge

We upgraded to a 270-degree view room, and the kids absolutely loved it, spending ages watching the grasslands and animals. The hotel environment is fantastic, and we had a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is really well-managed. They set up a group chat before we even arrived, which made communication super easy. The staff were all incredibly nice. They offer a pick-up service, and the hotel is only about a 10-15 minute drive from the train station. The hotel itself is new, clean, quiet, spacious, and very well-laid out with a modern and stylish design – my high school daughter especially loved it. All the amenities you could ask for are there: underfloor heating, air conditioning, a humidifier, and a smart toilet. The floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto a lawn, offering a wide-open view. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea at the Black Bean Cafe, which overlooks a lake and distant mountains, feeling like a secluded paradise. The coffee was also excellent. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and very attentive service – we were completely satisfied. The hotel also serves lunch and dinner, which is convenient. If we were to visit in the summer, the outdoor areas would likely be even more vibrant and picturesque. We'd definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

This was my second stay here. The hotel is located at the foot of Shika Snow Mountain, with vast grasslands. Although the green scenery is best in April and May, the dry yellow landscape in winter offers a unique charm too. This time, I'm just staying for a day as a transit stop before heading to Deqin to see the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain.

Excellent value for money! The service was great, and the decor is new. Definitely worth every penny. The breakfast was good too, and there's even a ranch. The best part is the generous owner who even gave us a welcome gift. Happy New Year! 🌟✨🥂

Huge thanks to the front desk lady for the free upgrade to a panoramic view room! The room was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. Every photo taken here looks like a postcard – time just seems to stand still. With the snow-capped mountains, the lake, the grasslands, and the incredibly interactive little animals, it felt like living in a fairytale. The hotel's photography service and makeup/styling were also fantastic. Highly recommend!

The room was split into two levels, and the upper level had a skylight, perfect for stargazing with the kids from our beds. It was cloudy at night, so the stars were slow to appear, but then the clouds suddenly cleared, revealing the stars, and the kids happily fell asleep. There's underfloor heating at night, but be mindful of the dry weather. The next day, the hotel provided free ******* clothing. The children put them on and went to the back courtyard to play with the animals, including dogs, deer, sheep, ponies, donkeys, black swans, and ducks. None of the animals were afraid of people, and the kids had such a great time they didn't want to leave.
