Shangri-La Zedanwangmu Cangbieyuan (Dukezong Ancient City Moonlight Square Branch)

The hotel interior is so classic and nice, most of it is made of wood. The location is not very far from Dukezhong ancient town and there is a halal restaurant nearby but the problem is that the hotel does not provide service to bring your luggage to the hotel, at least have a trolley to put your luggage inside to pull from the roadside to the hotel. As we know roads in ancient towns are made of stone and not flat surfaces which can break your luggage wheel. Only when check in time the owner which is the dad force of the son to pick up our luggage from the north gate but when we check out the son does not want to help us, saying that they don't provide such services, luckily he still willing to help to bring our luggage down from first floor. So next time if you have big luggage maybe you should think twice to choose this Hotel.

It's truly an excellent place to stay. The room is super large, with beautiful wooden furniture. The bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows. The decor makes you feel like you're in a traditional, local setting. It's very close to the Old City, so it's very convenient. The people who live there always have a smile on their faces! I 100% recommend this place.
