They gave a free pickup from the station or airport, which is very nice. The location is not really in the center of old town but quite reachable. The staff are really kind and nice. There is a heater, but I think it's not enough. There is a bed heater, tho.

Lovely stay but not suitable for travellers who cannot carry luggage up stairs.
As the boss is a lady and there are no male staff, you will have to carry your luggage up stairs yourself.

Room was clean. Amenities provided are adequate. The room is equipped with oxygen concentrator and humidifier, good for us as the weather in shangri-la is really dry to us. The host offered pick up from railway station. Hotel location is not too bad, short walking distance to the famous Guishan park. Nearby got convenient shop and restaurant also.

這家很不錯，該有的製氧機，暖氣機，曬衣服的架子也都有，也有洗衣機方便換洗衣服，價格實惠床也超級大！！洗手盆是在廁所外面的很方便用
因為隔天趕高鐵回昆明要了四瓶水也不吝嗇，老闆態度很好，還有一衹小狗狗很可愛！！

衞生：房間衞生挺乾淨的
服務：老闆的熱情，不僅主動幫忙搬行李，還有接機場服務路上很熱情介紹景點。
民宿去古城和石卡雪山也很近，房間很暖和。
