The staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly enthusiastic, and so was the hotel's dog! It loves riding in electric vehicles and would actively hop into ours for a spin.
The check-in explanation was very clear, and we were even given a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) in a very ceremonial way. At night, guests are reminded to keep quiet. The room had plenty of disposable toiletries, and the front desk also offered many other free small items that guests might need. Breakfast is served in the morning. Overall, the stay was quiet, clean, and convenient. It's also very friendly towards guests from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international travelers.
Due to limited room availability, the staff kindly upgraded our room for free. We stayed in a twin room on the first day, and then they moved us to a loft quad room for free on the second day, even helping us move our luggage. Because of a conflict in our schedule, they also extended our check-out by an hour, which was fantastic. A truly great living experience!
