賓館位於公路旁，地理位置尚可！但想出外吃東西都要步行半小時才有大街，所以每次都必須打車才可，不太方便！賓館內裡服務員態度不錯，我們入住2晚，第2日沒清潔房間，要求下才更換新的浴巾和厠紙，細問下回覆説因為私隱不便入房更換，但當我們出外回來的時候，他們卻幫我們打開了窗簾，那又是什麼原因呢？另外水煲位置沒電制，要把整個水煲拿入厠所才可煲水，有些麻煩！早餐方面很是簡陋，麪包放入發泡膠盒內，雞蛋每人限取一個，衹有豆槳和米粥，這類服務種類應該衹是北方人才懂吃，南方人衹可能打車出外找了！所以整體上當作是一種體驗，下次應該可以選擇更好的旅店！

雖説亞布力是個小鎮，但是給遊客的感官從下高鐵站就非常不好！當時定這個賓館是因為離高鐵站近且上面寫着免費接站所以才定的，下了高鐵後打電話問賓館，賓館説這個是付費項目得15塊錢幫叫車，行，那我不如自己打車，尋思着五公里自己打車可能還便宜些。結果，接單的司機看那麼近各種擺爛，颳大風下雪愣是呆在原地不動，等我們過去後還激怒我們取消訂單，隨後衹能上的士車，不打表就是15塊，這邊的風氣真的是太壞了！！房間設施很陳舊，廁所一股下水道的惡臭味，一次性拖鞋沒找到，礦泉水也沒找到，隔音相當於沒有，晚上就聽着周圍房間開門關門吵鬧的聲音，根本沒法睡。

賓館就在路邊，到亞布力鎮中心開車大概5分鐘。酒店門口跟後院停車比較方便。我預訂的是普通間，到店給我升級了家庭房。房間內衞生很不錯，床品乾淨，室內裝修是中式風格。就是房間隔音略差，隔壁房間打麻將的聲音能隱約聽到。總體賓館還是不錯，乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，以後再來還會考慮繼續入住。

房間有異味，白天無熱水。實際位置距亞布力鎮很遠，要走近2000米，或走一段路，再坐車才能到達，就餐不便，相關app頁面上的訊息失實。在該店打車很困難。早餐很差，是在一個緊靠廚房的邊上小屋吃的，體驗極差。
