1.實際入住的和頁面中的根本不是同一家，按頁面地圖導航找了幾圈，雪多車子差點出事故。 2.住宿用品要麼沒有，要麼很差，連盒抽紙都沒有。 3.無早餐，附近用餐也不方便。總之，除了迫不得已，不要選擇，不要住亞布力，人多且景色一般，和雪鄉不在一個層次。

定的民宿，一間炕房，一間家庭房，一間大床。出行2個月前就溝通了，要安排在一棟，也答應了的。到了之後説安排不到一塊，衹能給2間大床，1間炕房，如果要家庭房，就不能住在同一棟房子。為了一家人能住在一起，也想着過年多一事不如少一事，就妥協了。到了晚上，發現這棟房子是有家庭房的!!!安排給了其他遊客還有定的房間本來是含早餐的，到了之後説那個不算，就是要額外付錢，雖然早餐一人就20，但也屬實膈應
