Nice hotel, great service especially front desk. It is far from downtown and not a lot restaurants are nearby.

接待我們的小哥態度熱情，從停車場就主動幫我們搬運行李，帶領我們到酒店前台辦理入住等待時還給我們遞上了潮汕區域獨有的老黃水，酸酸甜甜帶有微微葯感，口感很獨特。看了工作名牌，小哥叫池森濤，給此小哥點個大大的贊。次日看到準備的換黃皮豉，瞭解後得知酒店每天潮汕三寶輪換着準備茶水。酒店園林綠化面積確實大，不愧是度假酒店，離樂園非常近，步行就能到的程度。值得一提的是樂園門票是刷臉的，我們走人臉識別通道進進出出不限次數也不用擔心帶票會打濕情況。唯一的缺點就是假期少了，下次要多呆幾天好好享受這環境

酒店環境真不錯，綠意盎然，空氣特別好，室內室外都有小童樂園，小孩玩的很開心，前台小姐姐很貼心，給我們送了小童洗涑用品和挖沙玩具，旁邊的水上樂園也有好多適合大人小孩一起玩的項目，是一次很好的體驗。

1. 蚊蟲防控不足：客房跟公共區域蚊蟲侵擾嚴重，即便已經做了防蚊工作了，還是存在蚊子較多的情況，希望加強防蚊措施。
2. 餐飲品質待提升：五星酒店，早餐菜品太簡單，普通，且味道一般。晚餐菜色整體較為普通，尤其東南亞風味菜品在口味及地道性上存在欠缺。
當前服務細節（尤其是餐飲）與預期存在差距。建議優化餐品，才能匹配消費者對性價比的期待。
但水上樂園還是不錯玩的，優先這家酒店也是方便之一。

首先贊一下5月3日的前台小哥哥，服務真的超級棒，有問必答，酒店環境也是超棒的，適合親子遛娃，有機會還會再入住。

設施：房間很大很乾凈，我們兩家人帶兩個娃住兩個房間剛好，送了歡迎水果，每天的依雲水和小零食也及時補充。旁邊就是全新的水上樂園，早上人不多，全家人都玩兒得超開心。
環境：衹有11棟平層單體小別墅，所以就算是五一節人也很少，吃早餐都有位置不用搶。
服務：剛到第一天下午外面水上樂園大舞台在直播打遊戲，整個酒店都能聽到，和酒店反映後後麪衹是下午有一兩個小時搞活動比較吵，音量也可以接受。遇到的服務人員都很熱情周到，看得出是經過系統培訓的。
